Post Editor is a one person video production and AI services studio based in New Jersey. This page explains exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it.

The short version
We collect what you send us through the contact form, plus basic anonymous traffic statistics. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use tracking cookies. If you want your information removed, email us and we will delete it.
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form we receive your name, your email address, the subject line, and your message. We also record the IP address and browser user agent of the submission, which we use only to filter spam and abuse.
We use this information to reply to you, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to keep a record of our conversation so we know where things stand. You will receive an automatic confirmation email so you know the message arrived.
If you become a client, we store the project details you share with us for as long as we are working together and for our business records afterward.
Where that information is stored
Contact submissions are stored in our own database on a private server we control, and a copy is sent to our internal notification tools so we see new messages quickly. This information is not stored with an advertising platform or a third party marketing service.
Analytics
We use Umami, a privacy focused analytics tool that we host ourselves. It is cookieless, it does not fingerprint your device, and it does not follow you across other websites. It tells us which pages are viewed and roughly where traffic comes from, nothing more.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site sets a small number of functional cookies only where they are needed, for example to keep an administrator signed in. There is nothing here that follows you around the internet.
Social media accounts
We use scheduling software to publish content to social media accounts that we own, including our Facebook Page, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. When we connect one of those accounts, the platform gives our software a revocable access token that allows it to publish posts and read basic statistics for that account.
This applies only to accounts we own and have authorized ourselves. We do not request, collect, or store social media data belonging to visitors of this website. Access can be revoked at any time from the settings of the account in question.
Service providers
A small number of services help run this site, including our web host, a content delivery network, our content management system, and an email provider used to deliver replies. They process information only as needed to provide those services.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade contact lists. We do not add you to a marketing list because you filled out the contact form. We do not use your information to train machine learning models.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will take care of it. You do not need to give a reason.
Children
This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be described here rather than quietly swapped in.
